TaskTrace360 is the same installer for every team member. Download it, run it, then sign in with the email your admin invited.

    Extract the zip

    Right-click WorkMonitor.zip in your Downloads folder and choose Extract All…. You'll get WorkMonitor-Setup.exe and a README.

    Run the installer

    Double-click WorkMonitor-Setup.exe and follow the wizard. WorkMonitor installs under Program Files and adds a Start Menu shortcut. Tick “Start WorkMonitor when Windows starts” if you want it to launch automatically at login.

    Bypass the SmartScreen warning

    Windows may say "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway. The installer isn't signed yet — this warning goes away once we buy a code-signing certificate.

    Sign in with the email your admin invited

    Open WorkMonitor from the Start Menu and enter your work email. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email. Type it into the app and you're tracking.

Privacy & transparency

Screenshots are encrypted at rest. You can open the agent any time to see exactly what your admin sees — there's nothing hidden.

Ask your admin to add your email to their team on TaskTrace360. Then come back here to download the agent, or go straight to sign up for a web account to see your own hours and screenshots from any browser.

Currently Windows only. macOS and Linux builds are on the roadmap.
